If you have any issues with your product, please contact us and we are happy to discuss them. All cases are handled accordingly. Claims or issues with your product must be made within 30 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions of returns for opened or unsealed products. The customer is responsible for any returned shipping cost. There is no money back guarantee for our products as the effects of CBD can be different for each person. If you would like have your order reviewed for a refund or replacement, please follow the return process:
- Email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product to report the issue and request a Return Shipping Address.
- Please email a photo of the damaged or incorrect photo to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Allow this information to be reviewed for a potential refund/replacement eligibility. Please allow 2-14 days for the response and/or refund to be issued and await email confirmation.
- Email email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your product.
- We may review a product for exchange if unopened and sealed. We will not make exchanges for any opened or damaged products on the behalf of the shipping carrier or self. Please see above for replacement qualification.
- Please await an email response for exchange details. Shipping cost may be subject to the customer and will be determined by case.
