If you have any issues with your product, please contact us and we are happy to discuss them. All cases are handled accordingly. Claims or issues with your product must be made within 5 days of receipt. There will be no exceptions for opened or unsealed products. The customer is responsible for any returned shipping cost. There is no money back guarantee for our products as the effects of CBD can be different for each person. If you would like to make a return, please follow the return process:
- Email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your product to report the issue and request a Return Shipping Address.
- Please ship the product to the provided shipping address and email the tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Once we receive the product, it will be reviewed for refund/exchange eligibility (cannot be unsealed or opened). Please allow 5-10 days for the response and/or refund to be issued and await email confirmation.
